There are no cheat codes for Grand Theft Auto VI, and nobody can have any. The game is released on 19 November 2026. Rockstar Games has published no code, and has never even said whether the game will contain any.
This page used to list "expected codes" sorted by category, with the note "exact button combinations will be added at launch". It was a list invented from what GTA 5 did. It is gone, and the reason is set out below.

Has Rockstar Games confirmed cheat codes in GTA 6?
No. The studio has made no statement on the subject, in any press release, in either trailer, or in Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, the twenty-six minutes of real gameplay released on 27 August 2026.
It has not said there will be any. It has not said there will not be. It is a blank page, and any page that fills it before release fills it with guesswork.
Why no site can publish the codes before launch
A cheat code is a sequence written into the game's program. It does not circulate before the game is in players' hands, for a simple reason: nobody outside the studio has the program.
Historically, in this series, codes are found within hours of release, either because the studio publishes them or because players try them and share them. Before that moment there is nothing to find.
So a page offering "the complete list of GTA 6 cheat codes for PS5, Xbox and PC" today is necessarily offering one of three things: another game's codes recycled, invented combinations, or an empty list dressed up in promises. This page was the third.
What the series did before, and what that does not prove
Earlier games in the series had cheat codes in story mode, disabled in GTA 5's online mode. That is a verifiable fact about games that have already shipped.
It is not information about Grand Theft Auto VI. A studio is not bound to repeat its habits, and the series has already changed method from one game to the next: GTA 5's codes are not GTA IV's, which are not Vice City's. Deducing GTA 6's codes from the back catalogue amounts to guessing a password by looking at the previous ones.
That is exactly the distinction this wiki tries to hold: what Rockstar Games has published, and what players assume.
What this page used to claim, wrongly
It announced that it was "almost certain" GTA 6 would have cheat codes. Rockstar Games has said nothing of the sort.
It listed categories of "expected" codes: invincibility capped at five minutes, numbered weapon packs, helicopter spawns, moon gravity, drunk mode, aggressive traffic. None of those effects has been announced for GTA 6. The list described GTA 5 with GTA 6 written at the top of the page.
It stated that codes would "probably" disable trophies, and that they would "almost certainly" be absent from the online mode. Two guesses presented as practical warnings.
It also carried three sections "to be completed at launch", that is, headings with no content, and cited "community analysis" as a source, which names nothing.
How to spot a fake GTA 6 code list
These pages will multiply between now and November, and they all look alike. Four signs are enough to dismiss them.
It gives precise button combinations. That is the clearest sign. Nobody has the game's program, so nobody has a sequence to give. A page writing out a button string for PS5 either invented it or copied it from GTA 5.
It describes effects taken straight from GTA 5. Five-minute invincibility, moon gravity, numbered weapon packs: those are the previous game's cheats. Finding the same list under a GTA 6 heading points to a copy and paste, not to information.
It promises an update at launch. The formula exists to publish an empty page now, to capture the search, while postponing the moment it has to say anything. This page carried three such sections, which is why it was rewritten.
It cites no source, or cites the community. An official code has an official page. A code found by players has a dated discussion thread. "According to community analysis" points to nothing that can be checked.
What will make this page useful
On 19 November 2026, one of three situations will apply.
Rockstar Games publishes codes. They will be carried here with a link to the official page, and nothing else.
The game contains codes the studio has not published. Players will find them. This page will carry them only once they can be verified, and will say where they came from.
The game contains none. This page will say so, and that will be information in its own right, because many sites will have spent months claiming the opposite.
In all three cases the date is the same, and there is nothing to know before it.
What Rockstar Games has not published on this point
No code, no button combination, no command console, no word on trophies, no mention of cheats in any press release. Nothing either about an online mode, whose existence the studio has not announced for GTA 6.
